Join as Presenter (Abstract Only)
If you wish to give a presentation at the conference without publishing your paper in the proceedings, you may register as a Presenter. You need to submit the abstract and title of your presentation during registration. The abstract will NOT be published. For further information, please contact the conference secretariat.
Join as Listener
CEDI 2027 welcomes listeners who wish to attend the conference without submitting a paper. As a listener, you may attend all technical sessions, keynote talks, and networking events. Please complete the registration before the registration deadline.
Registration fees include access to all technical sessions, conference materials (program book, name badge, certificate), lunches and coffee breaks during the conference, and a conference bag or accessories.
The registration fee does not include accommodation, visa application fees, transportation, or the ACM Article Processing Charge (APC) if applicable. APC, if required, is charged separately by ACM for open access publication.
If the conference proceedings are published in the ACM International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS), ACM’s open access publishing model applies. Authors based at institutions that are not part of the ACM Open program may be required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) to publish their paper in the ACM Digital Library.
The APC is not included in the registration fee and is charged separately by ACM. Authors should check whether their institution is an ACM Open member or whether their country qualifies for a waiver before registration. Detailed guidance is available on the ACM ICPS author guidance page.
Current status: The ACM ICPS publication arrangement for CEDI 2027 is pending approval. The APC policy described above will apply only if and when the ICPS arrangement is confirmed. Authors will be notified of the final publication arrangement and any applicable APC before the camera-ready submission.
Registration payment information will be provided by the conference secretariat upon confirmation of your registration category. Please contact the secretariat at the email below to obtain the payment details.
